Currency and Pricing

All pricing displayed on the website is in Australian Dollars (AUD) by default. All Australian orders are inclusive of 10% GST. All prices displayed are exclusive of delivery charges (delivery charges will be added at the checkout). The price of an item is the price at head office at the time of your order. Prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. You can view our products on the website in alternate currencies by using the dropdown currency selector. Free Gift with Purchase

Offer is valid for orders that meet the specified minimum spend during the sale period. Free gift is subject to availability and may vary based on stock levels. If the selected gift is unavailable, Kiin Baby reserves the right to substitute with a similar item of equal value. Free Gifts are not eligible on E-Gift Card purchases.

E-Gift Cards

• Our E-Gift cards are available in the following amounts; $25, $50, $75, $100, $150 & $200 (Amounts are in Australian Dollars)
• Purchasing our digital gift card creates a unique code. The gift card recipient can enter this code at checkout to subtract the gift card value from their order total.
• Gift Cards may only be redeemed on www.kiinbaby.com.
• Gift Cards are not valid to be redeemed at Kiin Baby stockists.
• Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
• Gift cards do not have an expiration date.
  
• E-Gift Cards are not eligible for Free Gift with purchase offers.

Preorders

Products labelled as 'preorder' are items currently in transit and not yet available in our warehouse. When placing an order that includes a preorder item, please note the following:

• Estimated Arrival Date: Each preorder item will have an estimated arrival date, which can be found on the product page.
• Updates: We will keep you informed if there are any changes. While we cannot always control shipping timelines, we will promptly communicate any new information or adjustments to the arrival date.
• Combined Shipping: If you order other products alongside a preorder item, all items will be shipped together once the preorder item is ready to be dispatched.
• Separate Shipping: If you prefer to have your in-stock items shipped earlier, separately from your preorder, please contact us. We will arrange this, though it will incur an additional postage charge.
